The project will include three beach facing stand-alone villas (Type Three  and Four Beach Villas) of 413m2 each (these have already been SOLD) The remaining two villas are 432m2 of which one of the villas will be sea facing (already SOLD) (Type One Beach Villa) with one with views of the mountains (Type One Mountain View Villa). The villas will have four large bedrooms all en-suite with the master bedroom set on a floor of it’s own with its own private deck and rooftop garden. The privacy afforded to the main bedroom equipped with its own spa bath is expected to be a strong selling point for this unit.  Design will include a living area incorporating the kitchen which flows onto a timber deck.
